I visited Seven Seas beach in Fajardo, the beach itself was pleasant , I like the fact that there are alot of shaded areas to hide from the sizzling rays of the sun. My major dissappointment was the unsanitary conditions of the bathrooms, not toilest paper in ayn of the stalls, trash containers overflowed, the place was not well kept at all. I went to an office tha happen to be open and infomed them only about the missing toilet paper and their reply "due to cuts we are short staff and those that are working don't want to work, this is an issue for maintenance we (the office ) are not maintenance". What a pity.
I visit this lovely island every year and try to visit different sites on the island, my plans were to visit Culebra and Vieques never made it, I think July is not a good month too many tourist and locals on vacaton with the sme plans. I stayed at Isleta Marina and they have two adult pools one for children. One day the there was only one adult pool open the next day all pools werw closed, we went swimming by the bay.
In my opinion service is key, not the facility itself or amenities but Service. People will pay for Good service people who are atentive and get the JoB done. The months of June, July , and August are peak, everything should be Clean, Working snd Accessible. This will not be my last trip, it just wont be during these months.
