I think you missed one event (maybe you didn't and just didn't put it on here). There was a carnival of sorts in Dorado last weekend/Sunday - January 27. We stumbled upon it by mistake, as we got caught in the ensuing traffic jam. They had the same Vejigantes, a street parade, local artisans and food vendors. Miss Puerto Rico/Universe was even there!
